Wonaby is built by two people, Alex and Eva. There is no support desk between you and us: whoever answers is one of the two who built it. We read everything and usually reply within a few working days.

Privacy and your data

One thing to know before you write: your journal is end-to-end encrypted, and only you can read what you write. That means we can't read a moment back to you or recover one for you. What we can do is remove your account and everything attached to it.
The company
Wonaby is made by Alevit, the small software company Alex and Eva run. It is funded by subscriptions, with no ads and no data sales. The about page has the longer story.
Before you write
Most questions we get are already answered on the FAQ, the pricing page and how it works. Wonaby is pre-launch, Android first with iOS to follow, and the only thing to do on this site right now is join the waitlist.
