Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Wonaby website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Wonaby is a daily achievement tracker that helps users record what they accomplished, reflect on how it felt, and plan what they want to do next. The Service is currently in pre-launch with a waitlist. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Wonaby regarding product updates and launch announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting us. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU/EEA data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail what data we collect, why, and your rights as a data subject. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Wonaby and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This disclaimer does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wonaby and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and applicable European Union law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
